The Basilica of Guadalupe is the Marian shrine most visited in the world. About twenty million pilgrims per year are visiting the shrine in Mexico City. This happens because in the shrine there is the original “tilma” which reflected the image of St. Mary of Guadalupe, when from 9 to 12 of December, 1531, she appeared to the native St. Juan Diego From this place, our Lady of Guadalupe manifested herself as a tender and compassionate Mother of all mankind....
 
 
 
 
Jesus in the Midst
Our Week-end of the Spirit at Benevento  

We are a movement, with "Jesus in the midst." This was precisely the theme of the special two day celebration, “Weekend of the Spirit”, the annual spiritual retreat for young people organized by the directors of youth ministry of the Province of Southern held in Benevento, on Saturday and Sunday, February 23 and 24, at The Peace Center of the Focolarini. And, in fact, everything moved around Jesus at the center: dynamics, songs, prayers presented by the various parish groups from Barletta, Ceglie del Campo, Margherita di Savoia, Solofra and elsewhere as well. And the beautiful musical on the Passion performed by the young people from Margherita di Savoia...

 
 
 
 
Back to the origins of our mission in Peru
The suoperior general visiting thee province of St. Toribio of Mongrovejo  
From September 23 to November 15, 2007, I had my Canonical Visit, together with the General Councilors Fr. Brian Crawford and Fr. Guido Miglietta, to the Province of Peru, my seventh Canonical Visit. It was very emotional for me personally to return to the Province where I had lived for 15 years. I had the opportunity to revisit places, see old friends and collaborators, but most of all confreres....
